Take your surfing to the next level on our intermediate 1 wave. A whitewater take-off turns into a green wave as it travels down the lagoon.
Your lesson includes 30-minutes coaching in our surf academy where you’ll work on your agility, mechanics and body positioning. Once you’re in the water you’ll learn how to generate speed and maximise the wave’s potential. You’ll get just under an hour in the lagoon – that’s up to 18 consistently powerful intermediate waves.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Standard Beginner lessons are for surfers aged 13 and over.
- Children under 13 are welcome to surf with us but standard beginner lessons are not suitable.
- Children aged 5 to 12 should be booked onto our child-only Little Shredders lessons and must be accompanied in the water by a non-surfing adult.
- Not suitable for people with, but not exclusively with, the following conditions:
- Heart conditions (without medical consent)
- Severe neck/back condition or pain
- Severe obesity
- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy
- Persons with injuries/ailments/conditions whether physical or mental that could be adversely affected by participation
