BOOKINGS BETWEEN 26th MARCH & 29TH APRIL 2021
We have some important news if you have booked to visit us at Adventure Parc Snowdonia and / or the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia between 26th March and 29th April 2021.
As you know, we had very much hoped to be able to welcome our first guests from the 26th March 2021, based on our best interpretation of the successful vaccine rollout and the steadily decreasing coronavirus infection rates.
However, in line with the latest guidance from the Welsh Government announced by the First Minister on Friday 12th March, we now know that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you on the date(s) you have booked with us.
In order to minimise uncertainty for our guests and visitors, we are now postponing bookings up to and including 29 April, 2021.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption to your plans. Our guest services team will be in touch within the next 10 working days to discuss your booking. If you have a booking at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia, the hotel team will be in touch separately.
We know how disappointing this will be, and we are very sorry that we have had to make this change to your plans. It’s been an extraordinarily tough year, but we know we are getting much closer to a return to normality now, and we are very much looking forward to seeing you very soon.

GETTING READY FOR A RETURN TO ADVENTURE
We are delighted to confirm that our adventures and hospitality will be back – bigger and better than ever – from Friday March 26th 2021. The safety of our visitors and colleagues will remain our number one priority, and to help keep everyone safe, we will be making some important changes to the way we operate:
- There will be regular hand sanitisation stations around Adventure Parc Snowdonia, as well as at our main entrance. Please sanitise your hands on arrival at our parc, and regularly throughout your visit.
- There will be new queueing systems in place at all of our check in desks (surf, Adrenaline Indoors, Hilton Garden Inn and Wavegarden Spa) as well as at our café, bar and restaurant areas. Please observe the clearly marked one-way systems and distancing measures. Just ask a member of our team if you need any assistance.
- Please sanitise your hands before entering our toilets, and please wash your hands and make use of the santiser before you exit the toilets.
- Please wear your own wetsuit if you have one. If not, we do have wetsuits available for rent, and they will be thoroughly disinfected between each use.
- All boards rented from our surf academy will be cleaned and sanitised before and after each use.
- Everyone taking part in a surf, adrenaline indoors, or outdoor adventure session must take part in a safety briefing before the start of their session. Please make sure you follow our guidelines, and help any children in your group to do the same.
- We will be reviewing our policy on mask wearing, and all other safety measures, in line with evolving government advice. Please be prepared to wear a face covering if you are asked to.
- We have an enhanced cleaning regime in place with regular disinfection of surfaces throughout the day.
- We are members of the Hilton CleanStay programme, which means that our Hilton Garden Inn is cleaned to industry-leading hygiene practices to help keep you safe.

EXTENDED TEMPORARY CLOSURE FOR OUR 2020 SEASON
Over the last few months we have looked into our entire operation in great detail, examining all the possibilities for operating safely, in line with Welsh Government and Public Health Wales guidelines.
Sadly, we have come to the conclusion that we have no real option to operate within the most recent Welsh Government guidelines, which were shared with us on Friday 19th June 2020.
The latest government guidelines are that soft play centres, water parks and indoor gyms must remain closed. Under these guidelines we would be unable to operate the vast majority of our site, including our glamping pods, surf lagoon, soft play and adrenaline indoors. These guidelines are unlikely to change quickly enough to give us any kind of viable summer season.
It is therefore with a heavy heart that we have to confirm that Adventure Parc Snowdonia will remain closed to the public for the remainder of 2020.
We know this will be a real disappointment to anyone who has looked forward to spending time with us this year. Please be assured that we share every bit of that disappointment.
On a more positive note, our 2021 season will be here before you know it. We will be launching our 2021 schedules in September, which means that you will be able to book your next trip in just a couple of months. All vouchers valid for 2020 will automatically be extended to 2021.
Our construction team is on track with the build for our brand new Hilton Garden Inn, and we look forward to welcoming our first guests there from April 2021. We hope you will be amongst them.
We remain heartened by, and very grateful for, your continued support and understanding. Please continue to check our social media feeds and sign up to our newsletter to get the latest information and re-opening alerts.
Stay well and take care. We hope it’s not too long before we see you again.

Some important news for you today.
With all the uncertainty around how long Government restrictions will be in place, we have decided the most responsible course of action is to significantly extend our temporary closure. At this point in time we are unable to confirm how long that closure is likely to go on for.
If you have a booking with us for this season, our team will be cancelling it and issuing you with an e-voucher to the equivalent value of any payment you have made to us. This e-voucher will be valid until 31/12/2021, and you can use it to re-schedule your booking online, just as soon as we have a re-opening date. You should receive your e-voucher by email in the next 7-10 days.
We’ll be in touch with you again just as soon as we have some re-opening news. In the meantime, we have reluctantly taken the decision to close our call centre due to the enormous pressure this unprecedented crisis has put on our business. Our bookings team will be on furlough leave from next week, along with the majority of our staff. Rest assured this will not affect the delivery of your e-voucher.
We remain heartened by and very grateful for your continued support and understanding. Please stay in touch, and sign up to our newsletter to be among the first to know about our re-opening plans.
Stay well and keep the faith – we will get through this! We look forward to seeing you back in North Wales as soon as this is behind us.
Best wishes from all the team,
Adventure Parc Snowdonia

We have some more news for you today. In line with the latest Government advice, we have decided to significantly extend our temporary closure.
Our hope is to re-open the Parc on Saturday, 16th May 2020. Until then, all adventures, accommodation and facilities will remain closed.
As ever, the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and community remains our top priority. We will continue to monitor the latest Government advice and will keep you up to date with developments as they happen.
This information page will continue to be regularly updated, and we will continue to post on our social media platforms. Please join us there and let us know how you’re doing.
Our bookings team will be in touch with all affected bookings from Monday 23rd March. It might take us a week or two to work our way through everyone, but rest assured we will be in touch if you have a booking which is affected. If you want to drop our team a line in the meantime you can contact them on info@adventureparcsnowdonia.com.

We hope that you and yours are managing to keep smiling during these exceptional and unnerving times.
In line with businesses all over the UK, we are closely monitoring the latest government guidance and advice on coronavirus. It goes without saying that the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers remains our top priority. With that in mind and after a lot of thought, we have decided the best course of action is to close our park for the rest of this week, including this weekend (20-21 March).
Our closure may be extended into next week and beyond and we will keep you up to date with developments as they happen. This information page will be regularly updated and we will continue to post on our usual social media platforms.
SOFT PLAY & CAFÉ CLOSURE
Our Soft Play & Café area is now closed until further notice. Whilst we hope that the closure will be brief, at this stage we can’t be sure when we will be able to re-open. We will keep you updated on our website and on social media, so please stay tuned. If you have a Soft Play Party booked with us in the next couple of weeks, our team will be in touch directly.
ADRENALINE INDOORS CLOSURE
All bookings for this coming weekend (21-22 March) will be cancelled. If this affects you, our bookings team will be in touch in the next 48 hours. We will make a call on the following weekend (28-29 March) and beyond as the situation and government advice evolves. Our bookings team will contact all affected customers.
SURF SEASON START DATE
It is too soon for us to know what will happen with our surf season launch date, which is scheduled to begin on Saturday 4 April. Our bookings team will be in touch with all affected customers as soon as we know more.
GLAMPING, GROUP BOOKINGS & EVENTS
As with our surf season start date, it is too soon for us to know exactly how coronavirus will play out. Our bookings team will contact you directly if you have a booking which is affected by our closure.
Diolch / Thank You
We are very grateful for your continued support and understanding, it is much appreciated. We hope you’ll stay in touch with us over the coming weeks.
For the latest information, please check in with us on social media and sign up to our newsletter if you haven’t already done so. We will continue to post on our usual platforms.
Take care and remember, we’re all in this together. We are very proud of our staff, customers and community. We will see you again soon.

We would like to assure our guests and visitors that we are actively monitoring the extent of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and we’re in touch with the relevant local authorities.
The latest guidance from Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC), Public Health England (PHE) and Public Health Wales (PHW) has not changed, so we are open as usual. The standard terms and conditions on all bookings continues to apply.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff remains our highest priority. We have intensified the cleaning throughout Adventure Parc Snowdonia, and we have placed additional hand sanitisers in convenient locations for our guests.
Other steps we have taken include:
Educating our staff on prevention
Emphasising the importance of frequent and proper hand washing
Cleaning more frequently
Providing more hand sanitiser and soap for staff
Regularly monitoring the latest advice from health authorities
If you are planning on visiting Adventure Parc Snowdonia from a location affected by the virus AND if you are showing symptoms similar to those associated with the virus (for example: fever, cough and breathlessness), we politely ask you to postpone your visit and instead immediately contact your local health authority or doctor for further advice and instruction. Please then get in touch with our bookings team.
Please refer to your local health authority for further information and advice.
