We started in 2015, evolving waves as the world’s first inland surf facility, we have since evolved into a globally recognised flagship outdoor-adventure and hospitality destination in Snowdonia, the capital of outdoor activity and pristine natural environment in North Wales. Key to our success are dedicated, skilled and passionate people working across a wide range of positions to deliver an unrivaled experience for anyone and everyone visiting our remarkable corner of North Wales.

Working with us is not like working anywhere else, our space is unique and the environment is as special as the people we work alongside. Our team is built from a range of careers and backgrounds from surf coaches and lifeguards to chefs and baristas, from running and supporting our hotel and pod accommodation to creating quality dining experiences, and the most welcoming front of house teams you can imagine!
