Wave Garden Spa - a sneak preview

Friday 26th March 2021 is a big day for us here at Adventure Parc Snowdonia. Not only do we start our new surf and adventure season after a whole year off thanks to you know what, but we also open the doors to a stunning new Hilton Garden Inn and Wave Garden Spa. And they are startingto look really quite wonderful.

Surrounded as we are by the beautiful natural landscapes of North Wales, we've designed every aspect of the Wave Garden Spa to make the most of its stunning natural setting.

Inside, a fragrant thermal journey flows around the warm vitality waterfall pool, which along with the steam room, and an iconic oversized Himalayan salt sauna, looks out across the waves of our surf lagoon to the mountains and forests beyond.

Outside, you’ll be able to enjoy the sound of waves as you unwind in the outdoor hot whirlpool and relaxation pods, with fire pits to keep you toasty and warm. A yoga studio, and a traditional wooden barrel sauna, complete the outdoor spa experience.

Want to know more? Head over to our Wave Garden Spa page for more information, and be sure to sign up to our newsletter - it's the best way to stay in touch and get all the deets on our news, competitions and offers.

Our temporary closure for coronavirus - an update

With all the uncertainty around how long Government restrictions will be in place, we have decided the most responsible course of action is to significantly extend our temporary closure. At this point in time we are unable to confirm how long that closure is likely to go on for.

If you have a booking with us for this season, our team will be cancelling it and issuing you with an e-voucher to the equivalent value of any payment you have made to us. This e-voucher will be valid until 31/12/2021, and you can use it to re-schedule your booking online, just as soon as we have a re-opening date. You should receive your e-voucher by email in the next 7-10 days.

We’ll be in touch with you again just as soon as we have some re-opening news. In the meantime, we have reluctantly taken the decision to close our call centre due to the enormous pressure this unprecedented crisis has put on our business. Our bookings team will be on furlough leave from next week, along with the majority of our staff. Rest assured this will not affect the delivery of your e-voucher.

We remain heartened by and very grateful for your continued support and understanding. Please stay in touch, and sign up to our newsletter to be among the first to know about our re-opening plans. In the meantime we'd like to say a huge thank you to the NHS and all other front line workers who are working so hard to look after us and keep us safe.

See you soon everybody.

WE'RE EXTENDING OUR TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Coronavirus update - Friday 20 March

In line with the latest Government advice, we have decided to significantly extend our temporary closure.

Our hope is to reopen the parc on Saturday 16th May 2020.

Until then, all adventures, accommodation and facilities will remain closed.

As ever, the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and community remains our top priority. We will continue to monitor the latest Government advice and will keep you up to date with developments as they happen.

Our coronavirus information page will continue to be regularly updated, and we will continue to post on our social media platforms. Please join us there and let us know how you’re doing.

Our bookings team will be in touch with all affected bookings from Monday 23rd March. It might take us a week or two to work our way through everyone, but rest assured we will be in touch if you have a booking which is affected. If you want to drop our team a line in the meantime you can contact them on info@adventureparcsnowdonia.com.

We remain heartened by, and very grateful for, your continued support and understanding. We hope you’ll stay in touch with us over the coming weeks, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Best wishes to you and yours,

Adventure Parc Snowdonia

WAVES, MUD & MOUNTAINS – we’re changing the date of our April event

WAVES, MUD & MOUNTAINS – we’re changing the date of our April event

We hope that you are well and managing to stay positive and well during these challenging times.

With all the uncertainty around the coronavirus outbreak, and in line with the closure of our adventures and parc facilities, we have decided to change the date of our April 2020 Waves Mud and Mountains event.

Waves, Mud and Mountains will now take place on Saturday 26 September 2020.

We hope you will still be able join us for what will no doubt be an EVEN MORE awesome WM&M event, and that you will relish the extra training time. We’re going to be expecting some impressive PBs…

If for any reason the 26 September doesn’t work for you, you will be entitled to a full refund. We are in touch with Eventbrite, and as soon as we have clarity from them about the refund process, we will contact you again to let you know what to do. We anticipate that being in the next 5-7 days. In the meantime, if you have any other concerns please contact our bookings team on info@adventureparcsnowdonia.com.

Thank you for your support and understanding, and we hope you’ll stay in touch with us over the coming weeks. For all the latest information, please check in with us on social media, and sign up to our newsletter if you haven’t already done so. We’ll continue to post our news on all the usual platforms.

Take care, stay healthy, and let's all look after each other. We’ve got this.

CORONAVIRUS: WHAT WE'RE DOING IN RESPONSE

With all the uncertainty around coronavirus, we wanted to share where we’re up to and what our plan is for the days and weeks ahead.

In line with businesses all over the UK, we are closely monitoring the latest government guidance and advice. It goes without saying that the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers remains our top priority.

With that in mind, and after a lot of thought, we have decided the best course of action is to close Adventure Parc Snowdonia for the rest of this week, including this weekend (20-21 March).

Our closure may be extended into next week and beyond, and we will certainly keep you up to date with all the latest information as it evolves.

For now, this is where we are up to:

SOFT PLAY & CAFÉ CLOSURE

Our Soft Play & Café area is now closed until further notice. Whilst we hope that the closure will be brief, at this stage we can’t be sure when we will be able to re-open. We will keep you updated on our website and on social media, so please stay tuned. If you have a Soft Play Party booked with us in the next couple of weeks, our team will be in touch directly.

ADRENALINE INDOORS CLOSURE

All bookings for this coming weekend (21-22 March) will be cancelled. If this affects you, our bookings team will be in touch in the next 48 hours. We will make a call on the following weekend (28-29 March) and beyond as the situation and government advice evolves. Our bookings team will contact all affected customers.

SURF SEASON START DATE

It is too soon for us to know what will happen with our surf season launch date, which is scheduled to begin on Saturday 4 April. Our bookings team will be in touch with all affected customers as soon as we know more.

GLAMPING, GROUP BOOKINGS & EVENTS

As with our surf season start date, it is too soon for us to know exactly how coronavirus will play out. Our bookings team will contact you directly if you have a booking which is affected by our closure.

THANK YOU

Perhaps the most important point of all. We are so grateful for your continued support and understanding, it is very much appreciated, and we hope you’ll stay in touch with us over the coming weeks. For the latest information, please check in with us on social media, and sign up to our newsletter if you haven’t already done so. We’ll continue to post on all of our usual platforms.

Take care, and remember we’re all in this together. We are extremely proud of our staff, customers and community. We will see you again soon.
