With all the uncertainty around coronavirus, we wanted to share where we’re up to and what our plan is for the days and weeks ahead.
In line with businesses all over the UK, we are closely monitoring the latest government guidance and advice. It goes without saying that the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers remains our top priority.
With that in mind, and after a lot of thought, we have decided the best course of action is to close Adventure Parc Snowdonia for the rest of this week, including this weekend (20-21 March).
Our closure may be extended into next week and beyond, and we will certainly keep you up to date with all the latest information as it evolves.
For now, this is where we are up to:
SOFT PLAY & CAFÉ CLOSURE
Our Soft Play & Café area is now closed until further notice. Whilst we hope that the closure will be brief, at this stage we can’t be sure when we will be able to re-open. We will keep you updated on our website and on social media, so please stay tuned. If you have a Soft Play Party booked with us in the next couple of weeks, our team will be in touch directly.
ADRENALINE INDOORS CLOSURE
All bookings for this coming weekend (21-22 March) will be cancelled. If this affects you, our bookings team will be in touch in the next 48 hours. We will make a call on the following weekend (28-29 March) and beyond as the situation and government advice evolves. Our bookings team will contact all affected customers.
SURF SEASON START DATE
It is too soon for us to know what will happen with our surf season launch date, which is scheduled to begin on Saturday 4 April. Our bookings team will be in touch with all affected customers as soon as we know more.
GLAMPING, GROUP BOOKINGS & EVENTS
As with our surf season start date, it is too soon for us to know exactly how coronavirus will play out. Our bookings team will contact you directly if you have a booking which is affected by our closure.
THANK YOU
Perhaps the most important point of all. We are so grateful for your continued support and understanding, it is very much appreciated, and we hope you’ll stay in touch with us over the coming weeks. For the latest information, please check in with us on social media, and sign up to our newsletter if you haven’t already done so. We’ll continue to post on all of our usual platforms.
Take care, and remember we’re all in this together. We are extremely proud of our staff, customers and community. We will see you again soon.
