If you haven’t heard the news already, Surf Snowdonia has evolved! We are now called Adventure Parc Snowdonia.
What’s in a name? Well, quite a lot as it happens. We reckon our new moniker better reflects our new, significantly expanded adventure offer.
Throughout 2019, in addition to surfing, we will be adding a broader range of weather-proof, year-round adventure activities and experiences to our line-up. Expect nature-inspired high-thrills challenges and experiences from indoor climbing to outdoor mountain biking, gorge walking and abseiling.
Our magnificent inland surf lagoon will, of course, remain at the heart of this expanded adventure offer, and we will continue to lead the way on expert, inclusive instruction for all ages and abilities.
If you’re looking for the perfect family holiday, hoping to test your limits, challenge your workmates, or planning a stag or hen getaway, Adventure Parc Snowdonia really is the place to be.
You will have noticed that the waves are now rolling (but to help you keep track of what’s coming up and when we’ve rounded up EVERYTHING to be expected throughout the year. So, without further ado let us introduce you to our NATURE-INSPIRED ADVENTURES, get your diary ready as they’ll be some key dates to note. Our adventures will be developed throughout the whole of 2019 and beyond and we can’t wait for you to join us on our journey
Surf – NOW AVAILABLE
Our world-first inland surf lagoon offers guaranteed waves for all abilities from age 5+. Surf with or without instruction in beginner, intermediate or advanced zones and take your surfing skills from zero to hero in double quick time!
FOOD AND DRINK – NOW AVAILABLE
Those adventures aren’t going to fuel themselves! Our Surfside Deli is perfect for a quick pit stop, before or after you’ve taken on the challenges or simply as a place to chill whilst watching the buzz going on around you. Our deli serves freshly-made sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, paninis, cakes, teas and coffee and what’s better is that we source most of our fresh produce from local bakeries, dairies and farms.
They’re open daily from Friday 19th April 2019.
8am – 5pm
Take a look at our Surfside bar and diner if you fancy a menu of pizzas, burgers, pastas and sharing platters. With views across our lagoon, it’s the perfect place to kick back and relax.

Although there’s plenty of room and the more the merrier(!) we would suggest reserving a table to save those rumbling tummies from being disappointed.
Adventure Concierge – NOW AVAILABLE
Okay, now for the brand spanking new adventures! First things first, we welcome Adventure Concierge – instructor-led activities which will help you to explore our beautiful region. Perfect if you’re new to outdoor activities, seeking a challenge or already a keen explorer with a passion to spend some time doing what you love. Whatever the reason, we can offer you a completely tailor-made experience. Activities include gorge walking, abseiling and coasteering.
This service is available RIGHT NOW… just register your interest and we will contact you with more information and available booking slots.
Mountain Bikes – May 2019
Explore the great outdoors on a two-wheeled adventure. There are some beautiful forest trails right on our doorstep, including the Gwydir Mawr / Marin Trail. Our mountain bikes will be available to hire soon, they’re all yours for just £35 for half a day.
Glamping Pods – May 2019
The good news is, after all the energy zapping activities, you’ll be able to rest your head in one our glamping pods. Just a short stroll from our surf lagoon (maybe a little bit longer if you’ve been out gorge walking) you’ll spot our super cosy log inspired cabins. They can be booked from May 2019 – the perfect place to catch some Zzzs before taking on a new day.
Don’t worry you’re not expected to take on the adventures before you enjoy the comfort of our glamping pods – they can be booked for when and for whatever reason you like.
CAMPERVAN HOOK UP – May 2019
Park your van up in our beautiful setting amongst the forests and hills of North Wales. There are six campervan hook-up points available, each offering a 16-amp outlet – don’t forget your phone chargers – you’ll be wanting to snap your trip that’s for sure.
Adrenaline Indoors – Summer 2019
For those who want to stay warm and dry whilst testing your limits, it’s time to introduce you to the perfect rainy day activity, “Adrenaline Indoors” launches this summer 2019, offering all the adrenaline of the outdoors with enough shelter to enjoy North Wales come wind, rain, hail or shine.
Full to the brim of high-thrills climbing experiences including climbing walls, artificial caving, extreme slides, an aerial assault course and via ferrata – you really will leave feeling inspired and ready to take on the world!
There will be a separate soft play zone and café for our younger adventurers and their carers.
What’s coming up in 2020
We will welcome Hilton Garden Inn, a 106-bedroom lagoon-side hotel – perfect for those who want a little extra when they come to stay in North Wales. We’ll also be giving you a wellness spa – with indoor and outdoor treatment and relaxation areas alongside conference facilities which will be a versatile corporate space in a superb natural setting – so you really can mix business with pleasure.
